We believe education and knowledge are indispensable to serving customers with indoor air quality issues. In order to live up to our expectations, we stay abreast of new technology and research by attending conferences, workshops, and training seminars, reading and researching, and continuing to gather experience in the field. We use this continuing education to better our ability to see problems and find their causes, using this information to advise proactive steps to prevent common problems from becoming your problems.
Another equally important facet is serving the customer. We love to teach and educate our customer either by providing information over our web site, or in talking with them on the phone or in person.
And thirdly, we care about what we do. That’s why we don’t cut corners in our work, but strive to offer our best service to our customers. We pay attention to the details and won't offer any solutions that could be considered temporary.
